The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 (PROG Act) frames real-money gaming at the central level. The MeitY online gaming rules (Rule 4, Rule 6) carry the certification pattern. Six state regimes continue to disallow paid fantasy entry — Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Telangana, Nagaland. Meghalaya operates its own permitted list under the PROG Act framework. This section names the regime, not legal interpretation. Players in restricted states are blocked at account-creation by the operator.

How is the captain pick different from the captain pick on Dream11?
On FanCode Pick 5 contests, the captain carries a 1.6× multiplier and the vice 1.4×. On Pick 7, captain is 2× and vice 1.5×. The desk works the selection maths for both formats and publishes the captaincy arithmetic in plain language.
What is the FanCode refer code?
